Subscription Terms & Cancellation Policy
1. Agreement Acceptance
By checking the subscription option and completing checkout, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to all terms below. You confirm that this is a recurring, auto-renewing subscription order, not a one-time purchase.
2. Auto-Renewal & Billing Terms
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly billing cycle. We will send a renewal reminder email 3–7 days before the next charge and order generation. The email will include the charge amount, item details, and cancellation deadline.
If no cancellation request is submitted before the stated deadline, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method for the next billing cycle’s product cost, applicable taxes, and shipping fees without additional confirmation.
If the subscription price is updated, we will notify you through your registered email address at least 15 days in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the price change takes effect if you do not agree with the new rate.
3. Step-by-Step Subscription Cancellation Guide
Method 1: Cancel Through Your Account Page — Recommended
- Log in to your account through the My Account link in the website header.
- Open the Manage Subscriptions section.
- Select the active subscription you wish to terminate and click Cancel Subscription.
- Select a cancellation reason and confirm your request. A cancellation confirmation email will be sent immediately.
Your subscription will remain valid for the current billing period, and you will not be charged for future billing cycles.
Method 2: Cancel by Replying to a Subscription Email
Reply to any subscription billing or renewal reminder email using the following subject line or message:
Cancel subscription + your order number
Our customer support team will terminate your subscription within 1–2 business days and send you a confirmation reply.
Method 3: Contact Customer Support
Contact our live chat support through the website footer or bottom-right chat widget. Please provide your registered email address and subscription order ID when requesting manual cancellation.
Important Cancellation Deadline
Your cancellation must be completed before the next recurring order is charged and processed. Once payment has been captured and the order has been shipped, the current order cannot be canceled. However, all future renewals will be stopped after your cancellation request is successfully processed.
4. Refund & Return Rules
Once a subscription order has been charged and dispatched, a partial refund during delivery is not available. You may return eligible items in accordance with our standard Return & Refund Policy.
No cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your subscription before the upcoming billing date.
We reserve the right to suspend or disable subscription access if chargebacks, payment disputes, declined payments, or invalid payment method issues occur.
5. Pause, Modify & Termination
You may pause your subscription at any time through your account panel. No recurring charges will occur while your subscription is paused. You may resume the subscription later based on its original billing cycle.
Product variants, shipping addresses, and delivery frequency may only be changed before the next recurring order is generated.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify subscription plans due to business adjustments. When applicable, affected subscribers will receive prior email notice and will be provided with full access to cancellation options.
6. Legal & Dispute Clause
This policy is publicly displayed on our official website. By completing a subscription checkout, you confirm that you have been clearly informed of and agree to the applicable automatic renewal terms.
Subscription cancellation actions are recorded in our system, including relevant email records and request timestamps. These records may be used as supporting evidence in payment disputes or chargeback investigations.
Where mandatory local consumer protection laws, automatic renewal regulations, or cooling-off period requirements apply, the applicable local laws and regulations will prevail.
